Rich Clark has practiced law for the past 15 years and has become one of Rockingham County's most recognizable attorneys. Rich was a private criminal defense attorney appointed to the Newburyport District Court from 2007-2011. He completed the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Criminal Defense Certification in 2008. He has effectively litigated criminal cases in 30 towns, with the New Hampshire State Police, Massachusetts State Police and has also worked with the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Rich has extensive experience in New Hampshire Court System and insight that prosecutors often lack when it comes to how criminal actions impact New Hampshire families. 

Being personable, objective, calculated, and result driven, Rich effectively negotiates complex agreements and oversees cases managed by other attorneys. In 2022 Rich campaigned for the Rockingham County Attorney position.
