Family Court Reform

While running for Rockingham County Attorney in 2022, I advocated for Family Court reform and criminal law transparency that we presently lack.

Yesterday was my second appearance in Concord this year testifying before NH Legislative Committees on how NH Family Court reform is long overdue and our arrest and indictment process lacks transparency. I watched opposing groups use lobbyist paid to present their self-interested agendas through lies over those that benefit the public. Our legislative Bills were sponsored by NH State Rep Josh Yokela of Rockingham 33 District. Mr. Yokela is a Republican and I am a Democrat. Neither of us ever mentioned our political party affiliation and never considered it. Thank you Josh Yokela for working together for the benefit of Granite Staters.
